• ​Internship + Hourly Wage positions available: Full time March/April/May - early November.  
  • Interns will work closely with the farm owner in all aspects of production and marketing from seed to harvest and sale.  We participate in the Washington State Farm Internship Project and follow a curriculum that includes once per week in depth discussions of agricultural related topics, opportunities to grown your own crops, and field trips to neighboring farms.
  • Monthly stipend plus housing.  Must have own transportation.  Option to live on the farm or commute.  Great educational opportunity for highly motivated individuals with a strong interest in learning sustainable growing practices.  No farming experience required.

• Crew Leader: Hourly wage position available for a farmer with a minimum of one season of production vegetable farm experience.  March - November or potential year round employment for the right candidate.  On farm housing available.  Paid vacation and sick leave.
