AVIAN FLU INFORMATION:

• Here at Early Bird Farm, we take the risk of Avian Flu infection in our flocks very seriously!  We have attended WSDA webinars on best practices for poultry producers and follow WSDA guidelines to protect our flocks. 
• Our chickens live outdoors on pasture year round, so there is always some risk of infection.  We have careful systems in place to ensure that our chickens do not have any direct contact with wild waterfowl that may land on the farm.
• We are constantly monitoring the health of our hens and keeping track of Avian Flu outbreaks in the state on the WSDA website: LINK TO WSDA AVIAN FLU DATABASE
